Refix has joined forces with a third party called The Disc to manage a comprehensive feedback system to help us achieve perfection.
We will be using two main systems to enable our clients provide us with this important feedback. Firstly, our engineers will be leaving "free post" feedback cards with premises managers when they have completed a job. These can be filled in at any point and popped in the post to the impartial company The Disc (not to us, as you can remain anonymous if you wish).
